In this position you will work closely with radiologists and other medical professionals to provide exceptional diagnostic and therapeutic services in the field of medical imaging. Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans based on imaging findings, collaborating with the referring healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, providing clear instructions, and addressing any concerns or questions. Report critical findings to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Perform intra articular and joint injections pre-MRI and CT exams. May assist with Intravenous starts (IV starts) and the administration of MRI and CT contrast. Monitor and evaluate patients' responses to imaging procedures, identifying and reporting any adverse reactions or complications. Provide care if a contrast reaction is observed. Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and providing necessary instructions for pre- and post-procedure care. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient encounters, imaging results, and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols and regulatory requirements. Stay up to date with advancements in imaging technology, techniques, and safety protocols, participating in continuing education and professional development activities. Engage and support relevant accreditation activities with Imaging management. Provide networking and marketing assistance for Imaging to attract new business opportunities.
