Description The Clinical Supervisor RN coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. Registered Nurse - NICU (0.9 FTE, night shift) *Up to $15,000 sign on bonus + $8000 Relocation for qualified external, experienced Pediatric / Neonatal ICU nurses* No pediatrics experience? The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a 48-bed quaternary care unit and the only Level IV NICU in Washington that receives referrals from four states: Washington, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho (WAMI). Patients in the NICU are neonates up to 50 weeks post-gestational age. It is unique from a traditional NICU as many of the patients have congenital diagnoses requiring specialized pre-operative surgical and postoperative surgical care. Critically ill neonates with complex medical issues are also cared for in this unit. Specialized care provided includes ECMO/ECLS, cooling, in-room surgical procedures, high frequency oscillatory ventilation, use of inhaled nitric oxide, etc. The NICU charge nurse responds to all Code Blue events in the hospital. Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – RN Required Gig Harbor Health and Rehabilitation – Gig Harbor, WA Gig Harbor Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . This role supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. What You’ll Do Support the Director of Nursing in managing and supervising nursing staff. Mentor, train, and evaluate team members to promote clinical excellence. Oversee compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive positive resident outcomes. Serve as acting DON in their absence. What We’re Looking For Must hold a current, active RN license in Washington (required). Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and best practices in nursing care. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care.
