No Dialysis experience is required.
Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic

Requirements:

Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
Current CPR certification required
IV certification required if required by state regulations
High school diploma or equivalent required
Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

Job Description The Medical Coordinator (LVN) is responsible for delivering high quality medical care and influencing positive outcomes for patients experiencing homelessness in the recuperative care setting. We have many schedules available for this role, including weekends and nights. The pay range for this position is $34.00 - 36.00 per hour, depending on experience . This position also qualifies for $1.50 swing shift differential and $3.00 graveyard shift differential . The schedule for this position is 7am to 3:30pm, 5 days on, 2 days off. Sunday - Thursday.
