SALARY: Up to $90K ; BASED ON EXPERIENCE

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have Ohio RN license

  • Must have long-term care experience

  • Must have prior nurse management experience

  • Proven leadership and management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health care related training that assures the best possible delivery of health related support and services

  • Lead, direct and monitor the delivery of health care and related health and medical services

  • Ensure that patient care plans contain accurate documentation and are amended as needed.

  • Assist in supervision of nursing staff in the facility

  • Overseeing nursing employee conduct

  • Ensuring there is adequate nursing staff, and that the staff's skills remain current

  • Being knowledgeable of incidents at the facility
