Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses to ensure effective and efficient patient care

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment, as needed

  • Supervise and monitor the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other care staff
