About the Role:
As a CNA at Tucker House Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for assisting our skilled nursing staff with the daily care of our residents, including:
Providing basic care and hygiene assistance to residents
Assisting with meals, snacks, and hydration
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
Documenting resident care and progress
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care and progress
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Assist with medications, treatments, and therapies as needed
Provide emotional support and compassion to residents and their families
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
