Job Summary:

Mountain City Rehab Center is committed to providing excellence in care and services to those we serve. As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will assist the Director of Nursing in leading the clinical team in providing quality care to residents. Job Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will:

• Create a safe, healthy work environment that supports delivery of high-quality resident care
• Develop a culture where highly engaged team members are able to contribute to the best in resident care and to grow professionally
• Supervise and direct Nursing Personnel to ensure the best resident care
• Serve as a liaison for all nursing staff and nurse management
• Make decisions regarding nursing and unit problems

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current Nursing licensure (RN/LPN)
• Minimum 1 year full-time or equivalent clinical experience preferred
• Two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing
• Experience with Infection Control and Prevention preferred
• Excellence in clinical nursing skills required
