Job Summary: JOB SUMMARY The Registered Nurse at D'Youville Pavilion is an essential member of the patient care team, responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all areas of the unit. The RN will be responsible for assessing patients on admission and throughout stay , developing and periodically updating individualized , multidisciplinary plan of care, and reviewing discharge plans/instructions with patients/families and documenting a discharge summary.
