In this part-time opportunity, youll offer dedicated nursing support to a student with a tracheostomy (with no lines or vent running), ensuring their safety and wellbeing during the school day. The schedule follows the academic calendar: from now until June 23rd, coverage is needed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. For the summer session (July 6-August 6), youll work Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

Qualifications:

Current and active MA LPN or RN ASN license required
Previous school nursing, pediatric, or trach care experience highly preferred
CPR certification (current)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Empathy, reliability, and adaptability in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide vigilant 1:1 care to a student with a trach during classroom activities
Monitor health status and respond to medical needs as they arise
Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and the students family
Maintain accurate documentation of care and communications
Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere for learning
