Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management
Engage clients in activities they enjoy, such as reading, playing games, or watching movies
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and support
