Monitor/assist participants in a courteous manner with meals and helps with feeding, as necessary. Report any variance, accident, or unusual occurrence to the appropriate personnel. Assist with loading and unloading of participants from vehicles. Assist the transportation department with participants’ take-home supplies. Serve as a bus attendant on company vehicles while InnovAge drivers transport participants to/from center or medical appointments supporting participants while in transit and accompanying participants in and out of facilities. Creates and participates in group(s) and one-on-one activities in accordance with daily activity calendar when needed. Attend in-service and continuing education programs as scheduled and necessary.
