Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN to provide 1:1 nursing support for a medically fragile student throughout the 20262027 school year.

Responsibilities

Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care to a medically fragile student
Assist with feeding tube care and management
Monitor the student's health and respond to medical needs as necessary
Ride the school bus with the student to and from school
Collaborate with school staff and the student's care team
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all required health and safety protocols

Qualifications

Active Washington LPN license required or willingness to obtain one
Must be fingerprinted through OSPI or willing to complete the fingerprinting process
Experience with medically fragile students and feeding tubes preferred
School nursing experience is a plus
Must be comfortable providing 1:1 care and riding the school bus with the student
Must be available for onsite work
