Countryside Manor is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Weekend Warrior program in Fremont, Ohio!

Looking for an RN weekend position with a consistent schedule and a supportive nursing team? Our Weekend Warrior opportunity is a great fit for Registered Nurses who want to make a difference while focusing their work schedule around the weekend.

Experienced RNs and newly licensed nurses are encouraged to apply!

RN Weekend Warrior Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting

  • Assess and monitor resident conditions and changes in health status

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

  • Follow individualized resident care plans

  • Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and appropriate members of the care team

  • Coordinate care with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals

  • Provide guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing team members

  • Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns

  • Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety

  • Follow infection control, safety, and facility procedures

  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide excellent resident care

RN Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home experience is a plus, but not required
