Requirements

  • Must have your own vehicle (no Uber/Lyft)
  • Auto insurance in your name
  • Valid drivers license
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Pass Background Check and Drug Screen

1 year minimum experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia Care

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
  • Prepare meals and ensure proper hydration
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities
  • Help with light housekeeping : laundry, dishes, tidying
  • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings
  • Monitor client health and safety , report changes to family or healthcare providers
  • Document care provided and maintain communication with family or care team
  • Respond to emergencies following care plans

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
