Job Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality RN care across post-acute facilities
  • Developing resident care plans in collaboration with care teams
  • Setting up and actively monitoring the use of medical equipment
  • Collecting samples for lab work
  • Reviewing care options with clinical staff and keeping a close eye on resident outcomes
  • Administering the appropriate treatments and medications to residents
  • Accurately documenting resident histories, care interventions, and clinical notes
  • Communicating with residents and family members to review and align on care options
  • Working with interdisciplinary care teams to identify and implement best practices for resident care

Qualifications and Skills

  • Active, state-issued RN license
  • Diploma or degree from an approved nursing program
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an RN or comparable role
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
