Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition

  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team

  • Support residents and families with compassionate, respectful care

  • Follow infection control, safety, and facility guidelines

Qualifications

  • Current Ohio LPN license

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong communication and clinical skills
