State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA)

We are looking for compassionate, dependable STNAs who enjoy working with seniors and want to be part of a supportive long-term care team.

Shifts Available:

Full Time Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; With every other weekend rotation
Part Time Day Shift 7:00AM-7:00PM; With every other weekend rotation.

Duties

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide compassionate, hands-on care while promoting resident dignity and independence
Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily needs
Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

Current Ohio STNA certification
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
Dependable with strong communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
