Job Requirements of DON (Director of Nursing)/RN (Registered Nurse):

Registered Nurse current state license in Florida or Multi State License from a Compact State.
One (1) year Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred
Must have a current/active CPR certification.
Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
