Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as well as light housekeeping and laundry tasks
Encourage and facilitate socialization and engagement through recreational activities and outings
Monitor and report changes in clients' physical and emotional well-being to the care team
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other caregivers
Collaborate with other care professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care activities and progress

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in healthcare or a related field preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
