Minimum Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the United States.
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on adult or family practice.
Clinical experience in endocrinology or related chronic disease management.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Endocrinology or Diabetes Management (e.g., Certified Diabetes Educator).
Experience working in a multidisciplinary endocrine or specialty clinic.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems specific to endocrinology.
Advanced training in patient education and motivational interviewing techniques.
Participation in research or quality improvement projects related to endocrine health.
