Job Summary

The Director of Nursing oversees all nursing operations and provides 24-hour supervision of the Nursing Department. You will coordinate resident care, ensure compliance with physician orders, and maintain high-quality standards according to Federal, State, and facility regulations. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume responsibility for center operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all nursing services to ensure quality care

  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, monitoring practices and procedures

  • Coordinate resident care plans in compliance with physician orders and regulations

  • Participate in admissions decisions and may meet prospective residents

  • Attend management team meetings to review resident status, staffing, and operations

  • Ensure compliance with the State Nurse Practice Act and company policies

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • RN license in the state of practice required

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school

  • Minimum 2 years nursing supervisory experience required

  • 5+ years experience in long-term or acute healthcare preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Job Summary : The cardiac cath lab nurse will function in the role of circulating and monitor RN in addition to the role of scrub as needed. Evaluates progress towards the attainment of the patient’s plan of care by constantly individualizing, updating and prioritizing the plan of care.
