Job Summary:

Altra Homecare of Kokomo is seeking compassionate and dedicated Logansport Caregivers to join our team of experienced caregivers. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with medication management and meal preparation, as needed

Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
