This is a part-time day shift, 32 hours per week position for an RN Case Manager with hospital background. Weekend rotation is required for every 4 th Saturday. We are in search of a Case Manager to enhance the quality of patient management, maximize satisfaction and promote cost effectiveness. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full patient care cycle. Take the extra mile and interact with patients to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfaction. Record case information; complete accurately all necessary forms/documentation. Promote quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes. Ability to multi-task, problem solve with excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to work effectively in a self-directed role. Prior authorizations Run daily reports. Communicate with insurance companies to obtain authorization for proper reimbursement. Adhere to professional standards as outline by protocols, rules, and regulations. All other tasks as assigned.

This position is a Casual/PRN Nursing Assistant position working varied shifts and hour. The position can be cross-trained as needed. The position reports to the Director of In-Patient Services. Qualifications: 6 months’ experience in a health care environment desired Current CPR certification or successful completion upon hire to the position Computer skills to meet the needs of the position High School diploma or equivalent Prefer satisfactory completion of a current Nursing Assistant/Aide course Skill and Ability: Ability to think and work independently and with direction Good teamwork skills Good foundation of clinical skills and knowledge Excellent attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Physical abilities must allow for frequent working, stooping, bending, and frequent lifting and moving of patients All other duties as assigned

Nursing Admin - House Supervisor RN

Position: This PRN position is for a House Supervisor working varied shifts. The applicants schedule will be based on the needs of the department. The position reports to the VP of Patient Care Services. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing school Currently licensed and registered to practice as a RN in the state of OH, or valid OH compact license. BSN preferred, Master’s degree desired. BLS required ACLS required within one year for Full & part time house supervisors (excludes resource and support staff) recommended to be taken at Wayne Healthcare. PALS required. Minimum of 3 years current experience as a charge/staff nurse with demonstrated administrative and leadership abilities OR, Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a nursing managerial position. Job Responsibilities: Integrate nursing service into the organization’s primary functions, and attain the organization’s Mission Coordinate and integrate interdepartmental and intradepartmental services Develops and implements Nursing standards and procedures that guide and support the provision of services for the nursing department and the hospital Recommend a sufficient number of qualified and competent persons to provide care, including treatment Continuously assess and improve the performance of care and services provided Understands the principles and steps of problem solving and acts as a resource to others in problem identification and resolution Supervises RNs, LPN’s, operating room technicians, nursing assistants, clerical support personnel. Must be able to work independently.
