School Nurse Position Details:

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
K12 school-based assignments
Health room/school nurse role

School Nurse Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care and support to students
Manage health room needs and respond to student health concerns
Provide 1:1 nursing support if a child's nurse is out
Administer medications and treatments as needed
Develop and follow student health plans
Communicate with families, staff, and healthcare providers
Maintain accurate health records and documentation

School Nurse Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Active Washington RN license
ESA Certification required
School nursing or pediatric experience preferred
Comfortable supporting students across K12
