Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time school-based opportunity in Monroe, Georgia. This position will provide 1:1 support for a preschool student with significant medical needs in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support throughout the school day
Monitor student health, safety, and positioning needs
Assist with daily care and mobility support
Observe and report health concerns to appropriate staff
Support seizure monitoring and intervention protocols
Assist with medical needs as directed by the school team
Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

Active CNA certification required
Experience working with medically fragile individuals preferred
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to provide consistent, attentive student support
Comfortable working in a school setting

Providing proper care and observation of patient's skin to prevent breakdown of tissue over bony prominence. 8. Reporting any complaint of pain or other symptoms or changes in the patient's condition to the RN Case Manager. Also aware of the caregiver or other individuals living with the patient and interpersonal issues. 9. Assisting in ambulation and exercise as instructed by the hospice nurse or therapist. 10. Provide normal range of motion and transfers/positioning as directed. 11. Assistance with self-administered medications as allowed by state regulations, such as “reminders.” 12.
