Position: 1:1 School Nurse (LPN)

Location: Brentwood, PA area

Term: 2026/2027 Full School Year

Status: Full-Time Contract (37.5 Hours/Week)

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 1:1 full-year contract assignment. As a contract professional in this program, you will work in a supportive, resource-rich environment designed to provide individualized medical care and support to a young learner with specialized healthcare needs, ensuring they can safely and effectively access their education in a school setting.

Key Position Details

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Schedule: Monday Friday

Caseload: 1:1 dedicated care for a school student

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Requirements: To be considered for this contract position, candidates MUST possess:

• A valid Pennsylvania nursing license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Previous experience in pediatric nursing, private duty nursing, or a strong clinical interest in working with special needs students who require specialized medical oversight (e.g., seizure monitoring, g-tube feeding, medication administration, or mobility support)

Candidates who are not fully licensed or who will not be licensed before the beginning of the 2026/2027 school year will NOT be considered.
