Full Time Qualifications: Active CNA certification The Scheduling Coordinator position will be responsible for maintaining the work schedule for the Resident Care staff. Will make adjustments to schedule to accommodate requests off, call-outs, new staff, requested shift changes and any other schedule changes upon approval of the Administrator/Director of Nursing. Prepares daily staff assignment sheets to maintain adequate staff coverage and to ensure the best possible resident care; adjust staffing sheets to reflect call-outs, again maintaining adequate staff coverage by filling vacant shifts created by call-outs. Maintains files according to State regulations. Keep HR notified of any status changes directly affecting Scheduling/Payroll. Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly.
