Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

  • Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
  • Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.

Education & Administrative Support Coordinator (CNA) Department: Education Reports To: Director of Education FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Employment Status: Full-Time Position Summary The Education & Administrative Support Coordinator (CNA) is responsible for providing administrative and educational support to the facility’s Education Department. This position utilizes Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience to assist with staff education, orientation, competency development, in-service training, and clinical skills reinforcement. In addition to educational responsibilities, this position provides administrative support to ensure accurate documentation, scheduling, tracking, filing, communication, and regulatory compliance related to employee education and training. The ideal candidate is an experienced CNA who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with employees at all levels, and interested in supporting staff development and quality improvement within a long-term care/skilled nursing environment.
