Valley Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies
Maintain residents’ dignity, comfort, privacy, and quality of life

Qualifications

Current and active Pennsylvania LPN license
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
CPR certification preferred
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
