Job Position : Director of Rehabilitation (PT, PTA, SLP, OT, or COTA) for an In-house Skilled Nursing Facility Job Summary : Is responsible for all aspects of therapy operations at the facility in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices of the company under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations Responsibilities of the Director of Rehabilitation: You will help provide the best possible therapy services to patients consistent with established standards of practice and company and department procedures, including: Responsible for oversight and management of all aspects of the therapy program in assigned facility/ facilities. Communicate and interact professionally and respectfully with patients and family members in attending to and meeting their requests.
