Qualifications: 

 

For Nurse Practitioners

·       Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (preferably ACNP/AGACNP)

·       Current Massachusetts NP license

·       Board Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

·       Acute Care/Critical Care clinical experience required

·       Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration

For Physician Assistants

·       Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

·       Current Massachusetts license, issued by the Physician Assistant Board

·       Current certification by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Job Details St. Francis Hospital Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a valuable team member. Primary responsibility is the management of critically ill and complex (multi-organ) patients in an intensive care setting.
