As a Virtual Clinic LPN, you’ll administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and build strong relationships with clients and clinical staff. Key Responsibilities

Administer medications via oral, injection, self-administration, and other methods according to service line requirements.
Perform physical and mental health assessments, including psychiatric screenings, in line with service needs.
Document medication administration and assessments accurately, adhering to clinical standards.
Conduct medication reviews, monitor stock and refills, and prepare pass medications for clients as needed.
Assist clients with medication-related questions, staging refill requests for providers per operating procedures.
Room clients and complete preliminary medical data collection (e.g., blood draw, vital signs, height, weight).
Ensure timely completion of required documentation, including client safety plans and nursing-led educational groups.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate medical and medication records; perform general lab and phlebotomy duties as required.
Oversee infectious disease control, client hygiene, and health issues under nursing leadership guidance.
Participate in required meetings and perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.

Experience and Education Qualifications: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice. Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program. Employment Requirements: Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check. Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment. All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter. Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance.
