About the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor Role:

As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing our nursing team and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising a team of LPNs and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to ensure that our high standards of care are met
Assisting with the development and implementation of patient care plans
Coordinating care with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians and therapists
Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Participating in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce readmissions

LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of New York
Prior experience as an LPN, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
