About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. In this role, you will:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
  • Utilize evidence-based practice to ensure safe, effective outcomes
  • Continuously improve nursing quality through data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

What You'll Bring
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred
  • Active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN license
  • Specialty certification preferred and maintained per department scope
  • Ideally 3+ years of RN experience in a comparable setting
  • Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • ACLS required; PALS or NRP may be required based on department needs
  • A strong commitment to teamwork, learning, and exceptional patient care

Founded in 1921, Straub Benioff Medical Center includes a 159-bed hospital in Honolulu, a network of neighborhood clinics and a visiting specialist program that reaches throughout the state of Hawai'i.
