We are seeking an experienced, licensed nurse with strong clinical leadership and Director-level experience to lead our small, stand-alone Memory Care community.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about serving residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia and building meaningful partnerships with their families.

The ideal candidate brings proven clinical leadership, strong tenure, and a passion for mentoring and developing caregivers while creating a culture centered on appreciation, staff retention, accountability, and exceptional quality of care. About the Director of Nursing Position
