Clinical duties are skillfully and consistently performed per established clinical policy and procedure.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma required.
Required: Either a graduate of an accredited MA school OR a current MA certification.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification:

National certification preferred.
Current CPR certification required.
