What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care while helping ensure the comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities include:

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect
Assist residents with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition or behavior to the nursing team
Help maintain residents' comfort, safety, and well-being
Routinely round on residents and respond to their needs
Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and team members
Follow facility policies and long-term care standards
Perform other duties as assigned by management
