About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs to join our team, offering full-time and part-time AM & PM shift positions. As a CNA at West Gardena Post Acute, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, serving meals, and promoting quality services within company, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
• Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor
• Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
• Current CA nursing assistant certification
• Current CPR certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross (online course certification not accepted)
