As a CNA, you’ll play an essential role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for the people we serve.

What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate, hands-on care with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and ambulation
Take and accurately document resident vital signs
Safely lift, transfer, reposition, and transport residents using proper body mechanics
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
Assist nurses with resident care and other duties as directed
Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers
Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, independence, and overall well-being
Maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times

What We’re Looking For

Current North Carolina CNA certification
Current CPR certification preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
