The Restorative Aide plays a vital role in assisting residents with their restorative care plans, helping them achieve and maintain their highest level of physical functioning, independence, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional care, has a strong attention to detail, and works well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Resident Care: Assist residents with restorative care plans, including range-of motion exercises, ambulation, and activities to promote independence. Implement restorative programs designed by therapists, nurses, or other healthcare professionals. Monitor and document residents' progress and report any changes to the nursing or therapy teams.
