University Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a Long-Term Skilled Nursing Facility, has openings for CMA (Certified Medication Aide). We are seeking candidates that are compassionate, dependable, and energetic individuals who strive for nursing excellence, have high standards of integrity and ethics, and enjoy working in a team environment.

CMA Requirements & Skills:

• Completion of CMA certification training course (**Must have Georgia state certification**)

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a CMA 

  • Active CNA license

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work as part of team and multitask

Follow resident service plans and individualized care instructions. Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate support to residents. Assist with meal service, hydration, escorts to meals/activities, and resident engagement. Encourage resident independence, dignity, and socialization. Promote Safety & Teamwork Report resident changes, incidents, injuries, or safety concerns immediately to leadership or nursing staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety procedures. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as assigned. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities. What You Bring to the Team Credentials & Experience Medication Aide/Medication Administration certification required (per state regulations). Caregiver or CNA experience preferred.
