Responsibilities:

Lead the Nursing Department: As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, including staff management, patient care, and quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and Implement Care Plans: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each guest.
Foster a Culture of Excellence: Promote a culture of excellence and accountability within the nursing department, with a focus on providing exceptional patient experiences and achieving quality outcomes.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Joint Commission requirements.
Recruit and Retain Staff: Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain top talent, with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.

Requirements:

Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Nursing Degree: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Certifications: Current nursing certifications, including RN or LPN/LVN.
