Your Role:

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility

  • Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal resident outcomes

  • Monitor resident conditions, including vital signs, and report changes appropriately
