Country Lane Manor is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering top-quality care to our residents while working in a supportive and resident-centered environment.

Available Shift:

  • Full Time 6a-6p

  • PRN

Rate: Up to $45/hour

  • Shift Differentials:

    • Evenings: +$4.00/hour

    • Nights: +$2.00/hour

    • Weekends: +$3.00/hour

Your Role:

  • Coordinate and deliver direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and best practices

  • Supervise and support CMAs and CNAs during your shift

  • Monitor and document resident conditions and update care teams accordingly

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Provide wound care, collect specimens, and assist with diagnostics

  • Ensure resident safety and uphold all infection control standards

What You Need:

  • Active RN license in the state of Iowa

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
