We are a dynamic, growing hospice agency seeking a skilled hospice LVN to assist with After hours visits to patients looking for weekend night shift (sat - Sun).  This is a part time/Per Diem that can move into a FT position.  If you are a nurse with prior hospice experience and have a passion for end of life care, please apply.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing required Current, unrestricted LVN license in California required Intravenous (IV) Certification required Basic Life Support (BLS) required Minimum of one-year post-graduate LVN experience required Recent infusion experience preferred QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Keen assessment and monitoring skills; ability to identify medication reactions quickly.
