About the Role:

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management. You will build meaningful relationships with our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity while providing a sense of comfort and security.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide personal care, including toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance
• Remind clients of medications as directed by the client's care plan
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions
