Job Summary:

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Heritage Lakeside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center team. As a CNA, you'll work closely with our world-class health care professionals to provide exceptional care to our residents. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity with both positions available, including working every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, transferring and repositioning, and reporting changes in condition to the nurse
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and a commitment to our residents' overall well-being
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

• Current and valid Wisconsin State CNA Certification is required
• Previous LTC/Nursing home experience is preferred
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Exceptional customer service and friendly/energetic demeanor
