About the Role:

As an LPN at Axiom Gardens of Mount Vernon, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:
