Bedford Hills Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN or LPN Evening Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support during the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring quality resident care, supporting staff, and promoting a positive clinical environment.

Status: Exempt Position

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
On-Call Participation Required

Compensation: LPN: $82,000 - $100,000 | RN: $97,000 - $117,000.00

Responsibilities Include:

Supervising nursing staff and daily clinical operations during the evening shift
Ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Providing clinical guidance and support to nursing team members
Responding to resident, family, and staff concerns
Assisting with admissions, assessments, and care planning as needed
Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Participating in facility on-call rotation

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in New Hampshire
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
