About the Role

We are seeking a part-time or full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our on-site team at one or more nursing home facilities. As a PNP, you will provide medication management to patients in a long-term care setting. Your expertise in psychiatric care will enable you to make a profound impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medication management to patients in one or more nursing home facilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Qualifications

  • Nurse Practitioner degree

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
